New Clients
All new nail clients must arrive to their first appointment with bare nails - I am unable to remove or refill any work done by another nail tech.
Address and arrival instructions will be available once your appointment is confirmed. The address may not be shared without permission.
My services are by appointment only.
Nails. By Neeks reserves the right to refuse service if any of these policies have been breached.
Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit must be paid to secure your appointment.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you’re running late please notify me ASAP. Late arrivals beyond a 15 minute grace period without attempting to notify me will be assumed a no-show, resulting in your appointment being cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice to allow your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment date.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

Appointment Attendance
Please do not attend your appointment with any extra guests, including children, unless previously discussed.
Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment due to being unwell please adhere to the 24 hour notice policy stated above.

Customer Experience
If you are unhappy with your service at any point during your appointment, please let me know so I am able to rectify the issue and ensure you’re happy and comfortable throughout your service.
Repairs to nails are free of charge within 3 days after your appointment, and will incur a charge of $5 per nail after 3 days.
My salon is home-based with friendly dogs present in the home. Please let me know if you have any allergies or would prefer to not have any dogs around during your appointment, and I can ensure they are secured in another area.
